Just as Yakushima’s nature warmly welcomes you, we strive to create a dining experience that engages all five senses, allowing you to relax and enjoy your time.
There are many people involved in food on Yakushima—farmers, fishers, and producers of processed foods, as well as those handling Yakushima deer, pork, and Jomon beef.
We see all of these as part of “Yakushima’s flavors,” embracing not just the ingredients but also the lives and livelihoods behind them.
